Product Overview
RY37 series MEMS pressure sensor adopts
diffused silicon pressure sensor, and uses the piezoresistive effect of
varistor and Wheatstone bridge principle to achieve accurate measurement of
absolute pressure. Our products use dedicated electrical signal processing
circuit to achieve standard signal output. It has the characteristics of good
stability, high measurement accuracy and resolution, wide measurement range and
fast response speed.
RY37 series MEMS pressure sensor is widely
used in commercial vehicles, urea pressure monitoring and other fields.
